As in “Come to me bombah!” Anyways, this wild ale is spontaneously fermented in our funked up barrels for 3 months with a butt load of fresh cherries from Young (the cherry capital of the world) where it picks up aromas of barnyard funk and horsiness, along with a fairy floss like cherry aroma too. Wild and funky with plenty of oak and Brett, and enough wild flora to make a wine maker implode, Cherry Bombah! is a delight to drink now, or let it rock out a little longer to develop more funk.
