Adam from Platinum Liquor & Tim from HopDog crafted and corroborated a beer for the screening of a modern classic: the Cohen Bros adaption of True Grit. A 7% abv American stock ale brewed with smoked malt and 2 types of rye malt then aged on bourbon chips. A worthy beer for a fitting affair of which good'ol Rooster would devour with ease & gratification.
