AROMA & FLAVOR: raspberry, lemongrass, meyer lemon peel, and fresh jam MOUTHFEEL: light, tart, and crisp RAD DETAILS: One of our all-time mixed ferm favorites - we aged it for 22 months, then re-fermented with 200 pounds of fresh local raspberries for 3 more months.
