Description: This Semi-Sweet, Still Mead combines the intricate flavors of our own Colorado honey with the bold, earthiness of Jamaican Coffee. We nicknamed this one "Tiramisu in a Bottle"! Howling Moon is for those of us who love their coffee anytime of the day or night. 2013 Mazer Cup International Bronze Medal. 2014 Mead Free or Die Bronze Medal. Pair with any Blueberry dessert, rum cake, coconut tarts or banana bread. Anything with some citrus or chocolate would work well because of those back notes in the Jamaican Coffee. Would go well with an entrée of Coffee rubbed Pork or Beef. Also works well in lieu of sweets as an aperitif!
