Description: A collaboration brew between the seven breweries west of Asheville in Spring of 2014. This International-Style Pale Ale is designed to please the senses. While American Pale Ales are typically considered citrusy, and British Pales decidedly more earthy, the International Pale Ales cover all other hop characteristics. For this brew, the group used hops with tropical, peach, and even wine-like characteristics. The beer also features Heritage Malts locally grown and malted by Riverbend Malt House in Asheville, NC, as well as a selection of Gambrinus Honey Malts, an American malt which adds the perfect sweetness to balance and compliment the fruitiness of the hops.
