Description: Brewed with our homies at Root + Branch. Pours bright with dark rosé color and thin dissipating white head. Blueberry and vanilla on the nose. Palate bursts tangy lemony tartness with blueberry sweetness and marshmallow fluff cutting through sourness and mild bitterness with an ultra dry finish. Brewed with pilsner malt, vienna and wheat. Hopped with a dash of Lemondrop. Soured overnight in our kettle with lactobacillus, then boiled and fermented with American Ale yeast. Blueberry fruit added during the fermentation and fresh lemon zest added immediately prior to packaging.
