Description: Rompo is a twist on an Irish Red, using classic, earthy UK hops and caramel malts with dark fruity notes. We gave it our own Tennessee take by adding flaked rye to the mash which contributes a spicy and clean finish. Stemming from South-African legends, Rompo was a long, skeletal creature with the head of a hare and bear-like limbs. A beastly name, but a very smooth drinking brew.
