Unsurprisingly, the resulting beer leaves behind a sweet, creamy mouthfeel (oats and lactose certainly don’t hurt in that department) that is balanced by subtle tartness from the cherry. Suffice it to say that “Chairy” is indeed cherry pie in a glass.
