Description: Our DDH IPA is brewed with a base of Silver Star Two Row from Blacklands Malt, malted wheat, oats, and and buckets of whirlpool hops. We dry hopped it twice — first with Sabro, Citra, and Ekuanot pellets, and again with Sabro cryo. It's fermented with Voss Kviek yeast (aka "The Fruity Norwegian") from our friends at Community Cultures Yeast Lab in San Antonio. We selected Voss Kviek to try to encourage as much bold fruit character from biotransformation of hop compounds during fermentation. We like the dry finish from this yeast strain as well!
