Description: Citrus Commander was brewed in collaboration with our good friends at Jester King Brewery in Austin, Texas. We attempted to gather all the citrus in Texas... but we failed! However, the kind folks at Jester King were nice enough to bring with them a plethora of foraged Texas citrus including; Satsumas, Tangerines, Sour Oranges, Lemons, and Grapefruit. Add to that some Michigan Chestnuts, let it mature in oak for nearly a year, and what you are left with is a complex, citrus commanded, Sour Citrus Chestnut Saison. Notes of sweet citrus, chestnut, cola, caramelized brown sugar, and Jolly Pumpkin funk.
