Description: The first beer in our Bob Dylan series gets it’s name from his 1965 release, notable for being the first album in which he used an electric rock & roll background on the first side, while still playing acoustic on the 2nd. To express this difference, we soured the mash like a berliner weisse & hopped it like an IPA with Citra and Amarillo, as well as adding pineapple juice. Tangerine and tropical fruit flavors and aromas are highlighted by the acidity. “I ain’t gonna work on Maggie’s farm no more.”
