Description: For the 5th and final beer of the Dylan series, we used Experimental Hop 07270 exclusively, as this album was his first to mostly feature original tunes. We added hops 12 different times as a nod to the dozen misty mountains and dead oceans he sang about in “Hard Rain’s a-Gonna Fall,” and they provide dank and mandarin notes. Dylan was inspired by a trip to London so we used English malt as the base with a touch of caramel malt and wheat. “The answer, my friend, is blowing in the wind.”
