Description: Whenever our Brewmaster goes on vacation to somewhere tropical, one of his favorite drinks is a Miami Vice, which is half strawberry daiquiri and half piña colada. To recreate this poolside treat, we kettle soured our wort for 24 hours, then added strawberry and pineapple purée, as well as toasted coconuts, during fermentation. Miami Weisse is lightly tart with amazing tropical fruit flavors that will transport you to an island paradise.
