Description: When our Brewmaster went on vacation, he told two of our assistant brewers they could brew whatever they wanted. The result? A classic fruit beer perfect for the spring. We used over 300 lbs of strawberry puree to impart a beautiful pinkish hue, as well as sweet and tart berry flavor that doesn’t overwhelm, and is reminiscent of a fruit rollup. On hot days, this one will certainly be refreshing and satisfying.
