Description: When we homebrewed, we used to say “Big Beers Need Love, Too.” For our first anniversary, we decided to make our biggest commercial batch to date. Just like the N.W.A. album it’s named after, it’s edgy, with a noticeable alcohol sweetness and warmth. The hops put forth peach, mango, and pine with resinous undertones which makes for a super bitter beer that oozes hop flavor. It’s served in a 10oz snifter for $6 with a limit of 3, no Happy Hour or growlers. Happy birthday to us, indeed.
