Description: Before brewing this collaboration with Little Machine Beer, we had our tanks blessed by Father Wes at local St. Dominic’s Parish. We’re not sure if you’ll be able to taste the four drops of holy water that got in, but you will taste fruit and spice from a Trappist yeast. You’ll also taste pear, honeydew, lemon, and peach from the addition of three types of white grapes during fermentation. “That whoever shall drink it may gain health in body and peace in their soul and mind.”
