Description: The first is our collaboration with Jackie O's Brewery called Shell Game. Shell Game, brewed in September of 2017, is our 13.8% Rye Imperial Stout brewed with brown sugar, hand-toasted almonds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds that was aged in Rye Whiskey barrels for over a year. After being racked out of barrels we conditioned the beer on coconut and granola. The final product is a rich, full bodied and complex Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with multiple layers of flavor.
