Description: A tart beer, first fermented with a belgian saison strain, then again with Brettanomyces while adding a large amount of wild sea-buckthorn. After a few months, more sea-buckthorn were introduces to add some fresh aroma from the berries. Hopped with Rakau and Kohatu to enhance the tropical passionfruit flavor of the berries. This beer is part of the 'Man & Beast' series, where the idea is to let the tartness solely come from wild hand-picked fruit and berries, instead of e.g. bacteria.
