Brewing this Irish Stout, we used organic Balder malt, famous in the mid 1900s for it's high quality and great flavour. Pairs with roasted, bbq foods and rich stews. Excellent with oysters. Nanna was the goddess married to Balder. Nanna is also the grandmother in Irish families. With this stout, we want you to raise a glass as a tribut to all those great women.
