Description: The second edition in the Deja Vecu Wild Beer series. This old brown is lighter in both color and body than most american brown ales. Brewes with three types of domestic malts and two types of european hops. After fermentation its put into red wine barrels and aged on cherries for 14 months. Subtle chocolate sweetness persists on top of tart flavors that developed from both the barrel and the fruit. It finishes with the subtle hint of cherry and oak.
