Description: “Cooperative Design” is an Unfiltered Sour DIPA brewed with milk sugar, Golden Naked Oats, and white wheat. Made in collaboration with our friends @crookedstave, we fruited this dense creation with raspberry, strawberry, mango, and a touch of passionfruit. We then added a hefty dry hop of Freestyle Waimea, Wai-iti, and Peacharine, and finally, conditioned this "Design" on Madagascar vanilla beans and chamomile. Usually, we would say "think this" or "think that," but we honestly don't know. Let's find out together. 8%.
