Description: Every fall, since 1992, she is back from Basse-Côte-Nord with her aromas of honey, cloud berries, and Labrador tea. Her name comes from the cloud berry traditionally picked by a tribe of native people called «Montagnais», established on the north coast of the Saint-Laurence River . This little fruit is issued from the same family as the blackberry or the raspberry. Labrador tea, infused like usual tea by the Montagnais, is used instead of hop in order to add bitterness to the beer.
