Description: While most plants bloom in spring, our hoppiest brew waits until late summer to flower. Slightly darker than Special Ale, this beer is chock full of hops (over 1 pound per barrel) but maintains its balance and maturity. (In other words, it's not simply Sour Patch Kids for adults.) Using a blend of English hops, we dry hop Bay IPA using East Kent Golding, our own English ale yeast and a hint of oak. St. Louis Bay IPA is truly a hop-lover's delight. O.G. 1.058.
