Michael stays vigilant overnight with copious amounts of black tea; so, when his turn came around, he wanted to blend the clove, pepper, ginger, and black tea flavors he relies on with a chocolatey, big-bodied, semi-sweet stout. My Turn: Michael will couple nicely with chicken, lamb, or tofu tikka masala. Can’t go wrong with a plate of—dunk if you dare—gingerbread cookies, either.
