Description: A 100% Brett IPA brewed with Sorachi Ace and Citra hops. This is the second pitch of our Easy Tiger brett yeast. While Easy Tiger is more fruit-forward, Lion Eyes is fermented at a cooler temperature, which restricts the production of the those fruity and funky flavors. Instead, this beer finishes with a dry, champagne-y taste that’s more expected from a Brett-fermented beer.
