Yuzu is is believed to be a hybrid of sour mandarin and Ichang papeda and these are Big Island grown. Bright, acidic, tart and fragrant. Strong sourness finishes with a touch of bitterness and strong dank hop aroma. If you do not like sours, you will for sure not like this.
