Description: Our seasonal harvest ale is a fresh hop beer utilizing whole cone Chinook hops from Top Hops Farm in Goodrich, Michigan. We used 30lbs of wet hops per 10 barrels in this seasonal beer to showcase all the flavors and aromas that Michigan Chinook brings forward. Bursting with floral and citrus aromas, the Michigan Chinook plays well with the malt backbone of this beer making it both a hop and malt forward beer.
