This is an attempt to add bourbon and oak flavor with out compromising the flavor of the beer. the oak and bourbon are more of a complement to add complexity to this beer. we have alway felt that many bourbon barrel beers just completely overpower the beer itself. the oak and bourbon just add the right amount with still being able to taste the actual beer.
