Description: On Monday, August 21st, brewers Chad, Paul and Dustin headed south to Mt. Angel where they visited Annen Bros. hop farms. The farm was busy picking Tettnanger hops when they got there. After a tour of the facility the brewers loaded up a dozen 30 gallon bags with freshly picked hops and drove them back to the brewery where they went straight into a brew. Talk about fresh hops! Fresh Hop Kolsch will be available September 1st. Stop by the brewery and enjoy a toast to the harvest season.
