Description: We had the opportunity to put our Kolsch onto some Fresh Tettnang hops from Goschie Farms and we jumped on it! Fresh hopping beers certainly strays from traditional German beer practices, but this is wholly appropriate for the Pacific Northwest. We took the the classic beer of Cologne, a refreshing lager-like ale and added some wonderful fresh Tettnang hops from Goschie Hop Farms. We hope you enjoy many pints of this highly sessionable beer, Prost!
