Description: A collaboration for The Beermongers 10th anniversary. We made a special blend for the Beermongers 10th anniversary on September 5th 2019. They wanted Level and Ex Novo to do an Olde Ale/Stock Ale blend. Level blended a La Colina Pinot Noir barrel aged stock ale that had a touch of Brettanomyces with Ex Novo's Westward Whisky barrel aged Old Ale. The stock ale mellows out the bourbon and oak while adding a very light touch of Brettanomyces. The beer has notes of bread, toffee, chocolate, cacao, dark fruit, red wine, raisin, vanilla, whisky and oak. Congratulations on 10 years Beermongers!
