Description: Brewed especially for the Great Australasian Beer Spectapular 2012. Little Creatures + White Rabbit = Little Rabbit Taking some inspiration from the Belgian Trappist brewery Westmalle’s table beer, which is only consumed by the monks, this collaboration ale (between Little Creatures and White Rabbit) was fermented in open tanks and is dry with a good level of bitterness, backed up by ‘noble hop’ aroma and a subtle dry hop character.
