Description: Collaboration with our dear friends Brouwerij de School from Amsterdam. Brewed with Crisp Extra Pale Malt, Wheat, Oats and a tad of Vienna. Hopped with Columbus, Comet and Mosaic in the WP and dryhopped with El Dorado, Comet and Mosaic LupuL2N. The boys brought some Saccharomyces “bruxellensis” Trois for some nice fruity esters.
