This beer is a Belgian-style saison dry-hopped with loads of hops similar to a hopping schedule on an American IPA. Simcoe, Nelson-Sauvin, and Styrian Bobek hops provide a floral, piney and citrusy aroma and flavor while the Belgian saison yeast strain imparts a spicy, white-wine kind of experience on your palette.
