Description: This ‘little’ (kleine is Flemish for little) stout is brewed with a selection of cold steeped specialty dark malts, Hallertau & Liberty hops, select Belgian yeast strains & finished with pear juice. This lower ABV stout is similar to what Belgian farmers would have enjoyed during the winter to warm up without becoming too inebriated. ‘Kleine Stouterd’ (naughty little one) will eventually grow up and become ‘Grote Stouterd’ (big stout).
