Description: Wandering White Hop Belgian aged with Brettnomyces in oak for 105 days. The brett eats up some of the residual sugars, leading to a taste profile a wee bit more bitter than the mid-range IBU would indicate. 105 days in the cuddling of oak barrels eases the edges off any harshness, though. A lingering farm-y funk reminds you that your boy Brett has been hard at work.
