Description: If you had Sour Grapes on draught, it was this version. This is a Berliner Weisse style beer that we use to fill barrels with as well as going out fresh to select keg accounts. We brew our Henley Gold Wheat Beer and then take it through a Lactobacillus fermentation, followed by a wheat beer yeast fermentation.
