Description: Hop Series El Dorado is brewed with 100% El Dorado hops and has an intense tropical fruit aroma of pineapple, mango, watermelon and stone fruit. We revised our base recipe to give the finished beer a softer mouthfeel and a slight sweetness on the finish to accentuate the tropical fruit aroma and flavor. A restrained bitterness allows the unique flavor profiles of the El Dorado hops to come through and for this beer to be truly sessionable.
