Description: Aged 8 months in Smooth Ambler 7yr Rye Whiskey Barrels. Barrels donated by our amazing friends at Ace Spirits. We’re entering our terrible twos. As a thank you to all of you—the drinkers, the workers, and the partners—we wanted a beer that doubled down on last year. So we put our boldest, brashest Night Falls Russian Imperial Stout to rest for seven months in a variety of whiskey barrels. We kept each barrel separate, so you can taste the unique characteristics of each barrel. We hope you enjoy the beer as much as we’ve enjoyed your support. It’s good now, but best aged until December 2016 or longer. Try to be patient. It’s worth the wait.
