Sledmere Imperial IPA contains 7 hop varieties from around the world – UK Fuggles and East Kent Goldings, US Cascade and Citra, Czech Saaz, Slovenian Styrian Goldings and New Zealand Wakatu – added at 7 different moments during the brewing process – an alchemic technique that packs layer upon layer of bitter complexity into a spicy aromatic feast. Not for the faint-hearted.
