Description: We aged our Nor'Beaster Imperial Stout in Bourbon Barrels for 3 months with an addition on cocoa nibs. The results are waves of flavor to include chocolate, bourbon, oak, vanilla, dark cherries, and coffee. With an incredibly silky mouthfeel and smooth body this one is very deceivable as it weighs in at 10% alcohol. Meant to be sipped and enjoyed slowly.
