Description: Cryo Me a River is a new 8% Imperial IPA. This beer was brewed with 80% cryo hops. Cryo hops are lupulin powder that the supplier pelletizes because pellets are much easier to use than powder. It’s still the same super potent hop product we know and love. For this beer we used Simcoe and Cascade cryo in the whirlpool and dry hopped it with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe Cryo, Centennial hop hash and Jarrylo pellets.
