Description: Olde World Porter is our best enterpretation of an 18th Century Style Porter. In the Olde World, Captains drank Stout Porter and the Deck hand drank what they could afford. Most of the time it was some something sour, blonde, wheat, an ale, and if they were lucky the tender would give them a mix of something light with a dash of Stout Porter. Olde World is fermented with Pinot Noir Oak Staves that are hand charred by our Owners Brandon and Wes. Olde World starts with big chocolate and coffee and ends with a tartness that brings you back for more. Enjoy this single release knowing what you have in your chalice is a few ounces of just a few gallons produced. Notable Hops, Simcoe, Fuggle, Columbus, Northern Brewer and Centennial.
