Description: Brewed in collaboration with our friends at 3 Stars Brewing, this New England-Style DIPA was inspired by their flagship Ghost IPA. A heavy flaked wheat malt base provides a very soft and approachable mouthfeel. We hopped this one with copious amounts of Amarillo, Columbus, Simcoe and Citra resulting in bold aromatics and flavors of grapefruit zest, ripe peach, and pineapple.
