Description: For our fifth installment in this series, we created a 67 IBU Mosaic forward DIPA with a heavy dose of Citra and CTZ. The resulting beer is one of the most aromatic beers we have ever brewed. Notes of grapefruit, melon and gooseberry play on the nose followed by citrus, stone fruit and pine in the flavor profile. Flaked oats, torrified wheat, flaked wheat and halcyon pale malts combine to round out the malt bill and display an unbelievably creamy mouthfeel.
