Description: For the seventh installment in this limited hop series we introduced copious amounts of Amarillo, Motueka and Citra hops to both the kettle and dry-hop. We decided to go with a clean malt base that includes a British Lager Malt and great deal of Torrified Wheat. The resulting beer will display notes of lime zest in the nose accompanied by tropical fruit flavors and a moderately dry finish.
