Description: Gin barrel-aged cherry and blackberry mead with lime (Oslo Håndverksdestilleri Fjæra barrels for 12 months). A blend of gin BA Stevnsberry from the 2020-vintage and fresh blackberry mead from the 2021-harvest. Further conditioned on lime zest from over 100 limes zested by hand, together with some of its juice. The blackberries adds another depth of flavor, and some juicy and jammy fruit flavors to balance out the oak and juniper characteristics from the barrel-aging, which makes for a sweet but firm drinking experience.
