Description: Hip Hop is our own interpretation of a classic West Coast IPA. Amber in colour, it pours a bit cloudy for the massive hop load added in dry hopping. Foam is white and persistent. A huge resinous aroma hits the nose right away, supported by assertive notes of ananas and citrus. On the palate it shows a biscuity-like flavour at the beginning, then pine and citrus take control and lead to a very dry and bitter aftertaste. ABV is diabolically hidden, you have been warned.
