Description: We made this beer with 100% Centennial hops gown by our friends at C.L.S. Farms in Moxee, Washington and went all out using 20lb per barrel, 600lb total, all in the whirlpool for an over saturated resinous hop character! No pellets or kilned hops were used in the brewing process. Fresh hop beers bring some of the most unique hop flavors of the year and can only be made in the late summer during harvest. C.L.S. Farms produces some of the best hops in the nation and we are proud to partner with them to make this beer!
