Description: After chasing the idea of a freshly harvested wet hopped Pilsner for several years, the one critical ingredient was missing. This year Crosby Hop Farm made available, for the first time, Sterling hops. Sterling hops are the genius idea of crossing Czech Saaz and Cascade hops for an aroma and flavor of citrus, spice and pepper with a firm, grounded, continental hop character. This along with step mashed 100% Copeland Pilsner malt form Skagit Valley Malting and a shortened lagering time resulted in a wet hop Pils like no other!
